Casting Eval(“bitValue”) as Bool

I have a image for comment and if there be a comment then only I had to show comment icon image. Query was returning 0 in case of no comment and 1 if there was a comment. I set image visible property like this.. 

visible="<%# ((int)Eval("hasRemarks") == 1)
