500.19 - Internal Server Error - The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid
From control panel go to Program and click on Turn Window Feature on or off of Program and Features. Go to Internet Information Service node follow World wide web Services then check Application Development feature and then check all Nodes specially ASP or Application Framework like ASP.NET 3.5 or ASP.NET 4.5 whatever is required and refresh web page. It will now work.
